This week has been a mix of mold-making, casting and millwork on the props. Another piece of the Naquadah Generator was molded, I've made the second part of a 4 part mold on the Super Solder disrupter, lots of GDO parts have been cast, and I've started making the molds for an amazing new project which is still under wraps!
The highlight of the week for me was the millwork that I completed on a few projects. I've drileld out some of the monoculars used by Colonel's O'Neill and Mitchell. The hole in those is for installing a tube which will hold the paracord retainers. Follow that project here. Also finally started cutting acrylics for the first prototype Naquadah Generator (see those in the official Naquadah Generator thread on the prop forums). The acrylic material is truly high quality, and will make an awesome replica. Also did a heavy amount of millwork and tapping on another cool Stargate project.
