The P90 became the weapon of choice for SG-1 during the 4th season episode The First Ones. The weapon replaced the MP5A5 previously carried by the team members, and quickly gained recognition by sci-fi fans around the world. The props on the show included a mix real steel firearms modified to shoot blank rounds, and also airsoft replicas. In several scenes the airsoft “Tokyo Marui” brand name trademarks are clearly visible. This fact adds authenticity for Stargate costumes where the Tokyo Marui is carried.
