Zat

The Zat’nik’tel is a Goa’uld handheld energy weapon commonly referred to as a Zat Gun. It was introduced in the season one finale of Stargate SG1, and quickly became a staple of the SG1 franchise. The weapon is capable of either stunning or killing a target depending on the number of shots fired.
